Order Fulfillment Time
Orders will be shipped out between 5 to 12 business (excludes holidays) days. I will post on social media for any delays on orders due to vacation, emergencies, etc.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, exceptions for cancellation and refund are subject for review. If you need to cancel an order, please submit a request through the contact form and we will review your case and may approve the cancellation and issue a refund. We will only review your request if the order has no yet shipped.
Shipping Address
At checkout, please double check your shipping address and make sure it is accurate and complete. If you have a Unit number or any additional information that needs to be on the shipping label, please make sure to include that in your shipping address. You may also include additional information in the Special requests at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, we are no longer able to change the delivery address nor held responsible for the condition nor delivery of your parcel. You will need to contact the courier the parcel is being shipped from and request a change of address or to hold at your nearest facility. We will, however, do our best to assist you in communicating to the courier to resolve the issue.
If the parcel is returned to the logistics warehouse because of an address issue, we can help arrange a reshipment (within the same city only).
Any reshipment fees will need to be covered by the buyer
Verification of Shipping Address
To help avoid any errors in delivery, we will verify the shipping address for all orders before shipping them out. If we do find an error, we will reach out to you via email asap to get this corrected to make sure your order gets delivered to the correct address. If you do not respond within 3 days, your order will be cancelled/fully refunded (dependent on the reason for no response).
Lost Parcel
We regularly track shipments. Please also keep track of your parcel once you receive your shipping confirmation email with tracking number.
If you parcel gets lost in transit, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.
If the parcel status shows tracking as delivered and the courier as provided a 'proof of delivery', but you claim you have not received it, we recommend filing a police report. We will do our best to cooperate with the case.
Order Tracking
Once your has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam mail. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email withing 5 to 12 days, send an email through the contact form.
Order Confirmation Email
After placing your order, our website will automatically send you a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will also receive a confirmation email of the shipment as well as a tracking number.
Please verify all information is correct at checkout and email us within 2 hours to change anything as we will no longer be able to make any changes once the parcel has shipped.
Any delivery issues caused by incorrect address, missing notes, or wrong product selection during checkout are the buyer's responsibility.
If you do not receive your order confirmation, please check your spam mail first before contacting us.
Packaging
To help keep shipping costs down, all orders will be shipping in one box. If you ordered multiple scoops or different types of orders and want them packaged separately, please clearly indicate that in your order notes.
