When will my Order Ship?

Orders will be shipped out between 5 to 12 business (excludes holidays) days. I will post on social media for any delays on orders due to vacation, emergencies, etc.

If you have an order with a video, your order will ship between 15 to 25 business days (excludes Holidays). 

How do I track my order?

Once your has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Make sure to check your spam mail. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 to 12 days (for non-video orders) or within 15 to 25 days (for video orders), send an email through the contact form. 

How long will my package take to deliver?

Normal custom clearance orders will typically deliver within 7 to 15 days, with majority arriving around 10 days. 

Please check your tracking status as there could be unforeseen delays by the courier/customs. 

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship with US. We are working on expanding our shipping regions and will post on social media once available. 

When will my Packing Video post on Social Media?

Once your order is placed, Live Packing videos will occur 15 to 25 days and Pre-filmed video's will be posted 20 to 25 days.

As video editing takes time, we appreciate your understanding and patience.

Why does my order show as payment failed?

Using Google Chrome typically avoids most payment issues. Paying directly with SHOP and PayPal also provides a fairly smooth transaction. 

If you choose to pay directly by credit or debit, please note that some cards may not be compatible with our payment processor, which can cause payment failures. Trying a different card will solve most issues. Please always protect your personal and financial information. Stay alert against potential fraud, and feel free to contact us any time with questions.
